1.0 “We” refers to sowget.com (a subsidiary of R-Global Integrated Systems) and “You” refers to anyone using the service of sowget.com.
1.1 We are not a financial institution and we are not a subsidiary of Paypal, Webmoney, Neteller, InstaForex, JustForex, Bitcoin, Deriv or Perfect Money.
1.2 We are an independent digital currency exchange website.
1.3 We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your information with anybody.
1.4 In order to do business with us, you have to register and create an account on our website, sowget.com
1.5 Any payments made to us must be sent to our business bank account in the name of R-Global Integrated Systems.
1.6 Multiple sowget accounts are not allowed. We allow only one account per customer. In the case multiple accounts are detected to have been opened by a single customer, one of the accounts will be kept active while others will be restricted.
1.7 All transactions must be done via our website, www.sowget.com. We do not conduct exchange transactions on any social media website. Beware of scammers.
1.8 All buying/selling transactions inside sowget.com must be carried out by you, our customer. We prohibit transactions done by third party.
1.9 You are responsible for supplying your correct E-currency account number. In the event that your funds were sent to a wrong account because you supplied a wrong account number, we will not be liable for any loss you may incur.
2.0 You will not use our services for SCAM or money laundering activities.
2.1 We will keep records of all transactions and we will make them available to relevant authorities when necessary.
2.2 We do not accept third party transfers. You agree to send/receive money to/from us with your personal bank account ONLY.
2.3 You are FULLY responsible for the security of all of your accounts. Keep your account username/password/bank token/ATM PIN safe. We do not have ANY access to your account.
2.4 All transactions are concluded within 10 seconds – 48 hours. If there is any delay in your account funding or withdrawal, please get in touch with our support department on the contact information listed on our contact page.
2.5 In the case you are selling your E-currency to us. We pay into your bank account the equivalent amount of the E-currency we receive in our account.
2.6 We pay you the exact amount calculated at the point of order.
2.7 E-currency transactions are final and completed. You cannot request a refund of your money once your e-currency account has been funded.
2.8 Bank Account funding is final. You cannot request a refund of your E-currency once your bank account has been deposited, otherwise you will need to place a fresh order again.
2.9 You must be 18 years and above to use our service.
3.0 We reserve the right to change the price of any of our products by posting the information on our website. Note that a mail or SMS may not be sent to a customer for any changes in the price.
3.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
3.2 By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms as stated here.
3.3 If at any time we are to refund your Naira payment due to no fault of ours; we reserve the rights to deduct a 5% administrative fee on the amount to be refunded. The refund process may take up to 5 working days.
3.4 For PayPal exchange; if at any time you want us to file a chargeback claim for your completed PayPal funding, we charge an admin fee of 10% of the recovered amount for successful chargeback claims.
